Orange County' Environmental Protection Division has ordinances designed to help ensure that our county remains a healthy and enjoyable place to live. 

These ordinances fall into several categories:

• Waste Management

Divisional Operating Guidelines are offered to provide additional information and clarification on issues relating to the County's environmental rules and regulations.

A Specific Project Expenditure Report (SPR) must be filed with every project or item that will come before the Board of County Commissioners after September 1, 2008.  The SPR must be filed 14 days prior to the Board date.

The new Orange County Environmental Protection permitting fees are effective October 1, 2008.  EPD will begin collecting the new fees November 29, 2008.
